A mentally unstable individual P. Shkludov has his own checkers forum. Currently, this individual daily clogs the main page of the International Draughts Forum "WDF" with his old posts from his forum, from where he gradually transfers his uninteresting russian-speaking content to our forum. Furthermore, P. Shkludov disseminated offensive statements against former FMJD leaders Harry Otten and Frank Teer (Netherlands), having been accused of suspending the awarding of false international titles offered by a group of self-proclaimed leaders who were solely pursuing their own selfish interests. The FMJD leaders managed to read and translate the extremist statements of the unstable psychopath P. Shkludov into their native language, after which it became clear to everyone who was the puppeteer of draughts impostors. As a result, the fake international commission, controlled by unscrupulous leaders from among the represetstives of former USSR, was liquidated. The proposal to eliminate the impostors committee came from the executive board FMJD and was adopted by a majority vote at the FMJD General Assembly in October 2017. As a result, the puppeteers of the former CPI FMJD lost their powers, including the temporarily leading role of the impostor of the Soviet period, P. Shkludov, a full-time informer for the local police department of Novopolotsk (Belarus) and also organizer and supplier of fraudulent titles and ranks in checkers.

The plagiarist Shkludo P. A. slept for 40 years, unable to correct his poorly executed "attempt" from the 12th Moscow Checkers Championship in 1985, which had a simple secondary solution. When, 40 years later, the plagiarist saw A. Fomin's work, in which the author demonstrated a quite successful correction, he claimed credit for the invention.

To this end, he approached his colleague, Rustam Shayakhmetov, with a proposal to send a slanderous letter to the Russian Draughts Federation regarding a non-exist " violation " of the non-exist International Rules 64 by judges conoisition in the Championship However, the international rules of draughts composition at 64-cell board iwere never exist as it was noticed in the answer response of RDF to provocateurs.

In January of this year, a memorial tournament in memory of master V.
E. Safronov was held. First place went to the multiple world and European champion . Coincidentally, the world champion was matched against the author of th is post in the first round.
This game, like the two previous ones played in 2023, ended in a draw.
Following the tournament, the world champion admitted that his communication with P. Vodkulsch was erroneous and that his friend, Mr. Dmitry Solovyov, had informed him of the machinations of the fraudster P. Bredov during the 2015 Russian Checkers Composition Championship – attempts by the aforementioned impostor and moron from Ward No. 6, the writer A.P. Chekhov, to block its holding.

The world champion confirmed his unwillingness to communicate with the fraudster P.A. Bredov.

The author of these lines advised the world champion to heed the words of the vice-champion among veterans, Anatoly Chernyshevich, who first identified P.A. Bredov as a fraud, and never again communicate with P.A. Bredov for any reason.

The author of these lines reminds forum readers of the words of the famous poet.

В январе нынешнего года состоялся мемориальный турнир памяти мастера В
Е. Сафронова. Первое место в нём занял неоднократный чемпион мира и Европы по игре с различным контролем времени. Случайно чемпиону мира в пером туре предстояло сыграть с автором этого поста .
Эта партия, как и две предыдущие, сыгранные в 2023 году, завершилась вничью.
По окончании турнира чемпион мира признал, что его общение с П. Водкульшем было ошибочным и что его друг г.-н Дмитрий Соловьев сообщил ему о происках мошенника П. Бредова в период проведения чемпионата России по шашечной композиции 2015:года - попытках упомянутого самозванца и дебила из палата №6 писателя А. П. Чехова заблокировать его проведение.
Чемпион мира подтвердил своё нежелание общаться с мошенником П. А. Бредовым.
Автор этих строк посоветовал чемпиону мира прислушаться к словам вице-чемпиона мира среди ветеранов Анатолия Чернышевича ,который первым установил статус мошенника П. А. Бредова, - никогда более с П. Бредовым не общаться ни по какому поводу.
Слова знаменитого поэта автор этих строк напоминает читателям форума.
