A mentally unstable individual P. Shkludov has his own checkers forum. Furthermore, P. Shkludov disseminated offensive statements against former FMJD leaders Harry Otten and Frank Teer (Netherlands), having been accused of suspending the awarding of false international titles offered by a group of self-proclaimed leaders who were solely pursuing their own selfish interests. The FMJD leaders managed to read and translate the extremist statements of the unstable psychopath P. Shkludov into their native language, after which it became clear to everyone who was the puppeteer of draughts impostors. As a result, the fake international commission, controlled by unscrupulous leaders from among the represetstives of former USSR, was liquidated. The proposal to eliminate the impostors committee came from the executive board FMJD and was adopted by a majority vote at the FMJD General Assembly in October 2017. As a result, the puppeteers of the former CPI FMJD lost their powers, including the temporarily leading role of the impostor of the Soviet period, P.
